The internet surfer must be prepared to spend quite a bit of time chasing after the information that was originally sought out. If only there were a "how to" that could take you step by step through the confusion. The problem comes when you try to use the internet for help searching about "how to search" the internet for help. It is as futile as trying to find a book to teach you to read. The information is there for everyone but, without the tools to filter the deluge, you drown in the tide of images, sounds, and opinions.
