Are kids different because of digital media?

The world around has changed so much! Digital media has forced us to learn to multitask, has forced us to make a choice between what good and bad information is. Kids are spending more time sitting in front of the computer jumping between different websites trying to connect with the world. Can we survive without the current technology?
